At Annex A I enclose a list of woodlands sold in Hampshire since 1991. There were no other cases offered for sale during this period. None of these cases were sold with public access protected.2. At Annex B I enclose a list of land currently for sale, either on the Open Market or by Negotiation.All the properties listed were notified in the Estates Gazette, and the appropriate consultations with the Local Authority took place in accordance with the Continued Public Access arrangements and Sponsorship procedures.
