§ Mr. StreeterThe Law Commission has undertaken a comprehensive review of the law of limitation periods with a view to its simplification and rationalisation, and the Government will consider the recommendations made when the Law Commission completes its report. We do not plan to modify the law relating to limitation of actions before then.
