§ Mr. BowisMain operational systems have been assessed and either replacement projects are being or will be programmed or rectification costs are or will be the subject of commercial negotiation. Where systems are being replaced, the cost effect of the millennium date change is not separately identified. A number of assessment projects are addressing the remainder of the Department's systems and cost estimates will be available only when decision are taken on the treatment of each system.
