(2) what assessment he has made of the financial and legal consequences for fire and rescue services of the judgment in the case of Digital v. Hampshire Fire and Rescue Services. [1940]
§ Mr. SackvilleOnce the outcome of the appeal proceedings is known, the Government will decide whether there are any implications which fire authorities in general ought to consider and, if so, will circulate advice accordingly.
