To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what instructions he gave in respect of the release of data contained in the report on "Environmental Radioactivity in Caithness and Sutherland" part 4 to the Committee on Medical Aspects of Radiation in the Environment relating to the investigation into the incidence of childhood leukaemia in the Thurso area in 1988; and if he will make a statement.
