§ Mr. Gwilym JonesProvision of rehabilitation for brain injured patients is a matter for health authorities. In response to the Welsh Affairs Committee report on severe head injuries, the chairmen and chief executives of health authorities in Wales have established a steering group to consider the main recommendations. My Department is currently awaiting a full report.
