To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement on the continuing funding of DoA Ltd.'s liabilities to Strathclyde passenger transport executive. [30670]

My Department has given Strathclyde written assurances that DoA Ltd.'s obligations to the PTE under the deeds of assumption will be met. A minute dated 20 May has been laid before the House.
