§ Mr. OppenheimThe United Kingdom allocation for 1990–93 was 179.0 mecu, in 1992 prices of which 31.2 mecu was for Wales. The UK allocation for 1994–97 is at present 163.24 mecu, in 1995 prices, of which 20.46 mecu was for Wales. These figures reflect the preponderantly earlier incidence of job losses in the Welsh coal industry.
