§ Mr. Roger EvansMy right hon. Friend the Secretary for State has today laid a copy of the council's report before Parliament, Cm 3240. As with all Industrial Injuries Advisory Council reports, it will be given careful consideration. We will respond to the council's recommendations once the medical, administrative and financial issues raised by the report have been fully examined.
