§ Mr. BowisThe social services inspectorate, working with the north-western regional office of the national health service executive, will shortly complete its investigation into the implementation of community care by Wirral metropolitan borough council and the Wirral health authority. In the light of its conclusions, we shall consider what further action, if any, is required.
