asked Her Majesty's Government:
Why there is no requirement on the Advisory Committee on Releases to the Environment to produce an annual report, and whether they will now require it to do so in a readily understandable form.

There is no need for such a statutory requirement. The Advisory Committee on Releases to the Environment has published annual reports since 1994 and will continue to do so. These reports are available in the Library.
