§ Mr. NorrisThe level of roadworthiness enforcement on public service vehicles—PSVs—by the Vehicle Inspectorate in 1996–97 is forecast to increase by 16 per cent. compared with the budgeted level for 1995–96. This is equivalent to an increase of about two vehicle examiner man years.
