§ Mr. KirkhopeAll videos, other than a small category of exempt works, must be certified by the British Board of Film Classification. It is a criminal offence to supply unclassified videos or to breach the classification certificate.
The recent report by an expert panel on the alleged dangers of participation in stage hypnotism found no evidence of serious risk. I do not therefore propose to place additional controls on videos of stage hypnotism.
