§ Mr. JackFollowing the Charity Commissioners' recent decision that certain educational trusts are not truly charitable, I met representatives of the trusts concerned, including the SFIA, on 9 May, when I learned of the discussions they have been having with the Charity Commission and the Inland Revenue about ways of addressing current issues.
