§ Mr. NorrisThe marine accident investigation branch will be conducting its own assessment of the damage to the Sea Empress. The vessel has only just become available for inspection following the cleaning operation in dry dock in Belfast and MAIB's findings will form part of its report into the accident and salvage operation. The MAIB report will be published and copies will be placed in the Library.
