DTI: Evaluation of Business Link; Report by KPMG Peat Marwick; published in April 1994Evaluation of Business Links; Report by Ernst and Young; published in February 1996The Government have an on-going programme of assessing business links. This includes gathering quarterly monitoring information, measuring the awareness perceptions and use of business links by businesses through bi-annual surveys and assessing the quality of information and services received by business through a mystery shopper exercise. In addition, we plan to carry out further evaluation studies of businesses links later this year and in 1997.
