§ Mr. OppenheimThe numbers of people employed by Taiwanese manufacturing companies in the UK are as follows:
- England: 2,010
- Wales: 100
- Scotland: 60
- Northern Ireland: 0
The figure for Scotland is likely to increase by 3,300 jobs within the next three years due to the recent Chunghwa Picture Tubes investment.
