§ Mr. KynochNo. My right hon. Friend announced the review on 7 February. Comments were invited by 31 March, but a number of organisations asked for and were given an extension of the deadline to end April. The responses are being analysed and the first stage of the review, which is proceeding to schedule, should be completed this summer.
