§ Mr. HagueMy Department receives copies of each Welsh TEC's published annual report and accounts supplemented by more detailed financial returns required under the TEC operating agreement. Information for 1995–96 is due by the end of July 1996. From 1995–96 the returns will be collated into an All-Wales account which will be audited by the National Audit Office and published. The Department discuss TEC balances on a regular basis.
