§ Mr. BowisIn 1991, a copy of the convention was sent to every health authority and national health service trust in England and Wales.
The principles of the convention were highlighted in recent guidance on children's services planning and in the draft guidance "Child Health in the Community: A Guide to Good Practice" which was issued for consultation in March 1995 and which is expected to be published shortly.
