To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what percentage of employees in(a) each region and (b) nationally earned (i) less than £1.50 per hour, (ii) between £1.50 and £2.50 per hour, (iii) between £2.50 and £3.50 per hour, (iv) between £3.50 and £5 per hour, (v) between £5 and £10 per hour, (vi) between £10 and £20 per hour and (vii) in excess of £20 per hour in 1995 prices for each year since 1986.
