§ Mr. HoramThis is a matter for the National Blood Authority, which is working towards the implementation of the targets for improved services to blood donors outlined in the interim donor's charter issued last November. Regular donors are notified of their local donor sessions some two weeks in advance. A range of measures is used to publicise donor sessions, including local posters and media advertising.
