§ Mr. ArbuthnotSpending by my Department on private finance initiative projects is predicted to be in the order of £10 million in 1996–97 and £20 million in 1997–98. No expenditure was incurred in 1995–96. This does not include staff costs and other departmental overheads associated with PFI projects.
