§ Mr. KynochMy right hon. Friend has received three letters from the International Union for Conservation of Nature on the proposal to construct a funicular railway on Cairngorm. He has advised them that the application is currently before Highland Council, as planning authority, but should the matter come before him for determination, their views would be taken into account.
