§ Mr. Jonathan EvansFor the Lord Chancellor's Department, including the Court Service and the Public Trust Office, no revenue payments were made to the private sector in respect of private finance initiative projects in 1995–96. Current estimates suggest that such payments to the private sector will be £20,000 in 1996–97 and £6.52 million in 1997–98.
