§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonMy noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate informs me that Strathclyde police have kept the regional procurator fiscal at Glasgow informed of progress in respect of forensic tests being carried out on their behalf. Strathclyde police are unable to forecast when the results of the tests will be available, but will report them to the regional procurator fiscal as soon as they are.
