§ Mr. Gwilym JonesFlintshire county council has until the end of March to provide details of an adequate funding package for Theatr Clwyd for 1996–97 and beyond; my right hon. Friend and I will decide whether to release the funding offered to discharge Theatr Clwyd's capital debt in the light of Flintshire's response.
