§ Mr. KirkhopeAbiodun Igbinidu's application to stay in the United Kingdom was refused on 1 August 1995 and his appeal was dismissed on 15 November. Leave to appeal to the tribunal was subsequently refused on 29 November. Further representations and evidence on Mr. Igbinidu's behalf have been submitted. His application is being given further consideration and a decision will be made as soon as possible.
