§ Mr. ClappisonWe have a strategy in place to deliver the 30 per cent. reduction in volatile organic compounds—VOC—emissions to which we are committed under the United Nations economic commission for Europe VOC protocol. We are well on course to achieve this reduction. We shall address the need for further reductions and the means by which they may be achieved in our forthcoming air quality strategy.
