§ Mr. Jonathan EvansTerms and conditions of employment, including wages, are a matter between the contractor or supplier and his employees, subject of course to any relevant legal requirements. For certain contracts, however, the Department requests salary information from contractors and suppliers in support of tenders, as part of its value for money criteria.
Compliance with health and safety regulations is a legal requirement for the contractor or supplier.
