§ Mr. HagueResponsibility for the urban investment grant scheme is to be transferred from the Welsh Office to the Welsh Development Agency from 1 April 1996. The administrative arrangements for the scheme after that date, including the position of the UIG panel, are currently under discussion with the agency.
