§ Mr. PageMy officials and I have had several representations from one manufacturer of titanium dioxide on the potential effects on its business of the introduction of the landfill tax. My officials have also discussed the issue with the Chemical Industries Association, the main trade association for the chemical industry, who represent a number of other manufacturers of titanium dioxide within the UK.
