To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) how many people are exempt from the all-work test(a) in total and (b) during each of the months since April 1995, for each of the 11 medical services centres; [20178]

(2) how many people are currently exempt from the all-work test by virtue of (a) receipt of the highest rate of the disability living allowance care component, (b) receipt of invalidity benefit and being aged 58 years or over on 13 April and (c) a serious, medical condition. [21077]
