§ Mrs. GillanGood progress has been made. The Health and Safety Commission issued a consultation document, containing draft regulations and guidance to the licensing authority, last September. The consultation period ended on 24 November. I understand that the commission hopes to publish its guidance to the licensing authority when the order designating the body concerned is laid before the House. This should be soon.
