§ Mr. RichardsI launched a patient education campaign in Wales on Wednesday 28 February, together with representatives from the British Medical Association and community health councils in Wales. The campaign has the theme "doctor-patient partnership".
Advertisements in the national press will run throughout March to promote the partnership and encourage people to use GP services responsibly. This will be followed by a series of local campaigns run by health authorities.
