§ Mr. KynochThe main source of public funds for the treatment of derelict land in Glasgow is the local enterprise company, the Glasgow development agency. The expenditure of local enterprise companies is an operational matter for Scottish Enterprise and I have asked the chairman of that organisation to write to the hon. Member.
