Advice on cholesterol lowering agents is covered in the effective health care bulletin on "Cholesterol Screening and Treatment", published in June 1993 by the76W NHS centre for reviews and dissemination. Copies of both of these documents will be placed in the Library.
Information on these subjects is also contained in the health care needs assessment on coronary heart disease which was commissioned by the Department of Health and published in 1994 by the Wessex Institute of Public Health and Radcliffe Medical Press.
