§ Mr. HagueThe maximum membership of the Wales tourist board is a chairman and not more than six other members. When filling vacancies I consider the best interests for Wales and select people on the basis of merit who through their abilities, experience and qualities match the needs of the public body in question. The board has operated effectively below its complement over the past two years; but I shall be bringing it up to full membership as soon as possible.
