§ Sir Nicholas BonsorWe have participated actively in the working group preparing this declaration and regret that it has not been possible to reach agreement yet on a text. The UN Commission at its forthcoming session will consider a recommendation that the working group chairman should prepare a consolidated and refined text for further consideration by the group.
