§ Mr. KirkhopeI am not aware of any form required to be completed under the Immigration Act 1971 by people in this category. A person charged with an offence punishable with imprisonment may be served by the arresting authority with a notice warning him of his liability to deportation. The notice—IM3—sets out categories of persons who are not liable to deportation and every effort is made to ensure that notices are not given to people who are not so liable.
