§ Mr. RichardsMy right hon. Friend will be fully involved in deciding on the composition of the committee, and on its terms of reference. The Welsh Office will ensure that the committee is fully appraised of the features276W of the higher education sector in Wales. It will be for the committee to decide on its methods of proceeding but the Welsh Office will be involved in presenting evidence and information to the committee. In due course, my right hon. Friend will be involved in deciding on the Government's response to the committee's report.
