§ Mr. ArbuthnotNuclear and related dual-use technology is controlled under an EC Council regulation and in UK implementing regulations, under the Dual Use and Related Goods (Export Control) Regulations 1995. The control list is amended when necessary to reflect changes agreed in the relevant non-proliferation regimes.
