§ Mr. David DavisWe are responsible for advising on the foreign policy implications of any proposed export of controlled goods referred to it by the Department of Trade and Industry. All applications are considered on a case-by-case basis. Final decision on the granting of export licences are a matter for my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade.
