§ Mr. HagueStaff in my Department are required to declare an interest if they are a director of a company or companies. This requirement is set out in the Welsh Office terms and conditions of service code. Staff who disclose relevant interests do so on the understanding that the declaration, like all employment matters, is confidential between them and their employer.
