§ Mr. HoramThe voluntary agreements on tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship were comprehensively renegotiated at the end of 1994 and strengthened substantially in a number of areas, particularly in relation to the protection of vulnerable groups such as children. The voluntary agreements are due to be reviewed again in 1999.
