§ Mr. OppenheimThere is no record of companies with the names Sultan Air, Time Air, Omega Air or Air Operations International being incorporated by the registrar of companies for England and Wales or the registrar of companies for Scotland. There is a company by the name of Air Operations of Europe Ltd., which was incorporated on 30 June 1994, but it does not appear that this company is subject to any form of insolvency proceedings. If the hon. Member is able to let me have any further information about these companies, I will consider whether any action by my Department is appropriate.
