§ Mr. FreemanDepartments are currently consulting on four proposals for deregulation orders amending the Trustee Investment Act, the Licensing Act, the Late Night Refreshment Houses Act and the Civil Aviation Act. No central record is kept of consultations on deregulatory proposals that fall outside the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act, but a number of these are currently in progress.
