§ The Prime MinisterI have never heard of Sir James Kirkham. The hon. Member may be referring to Sir Graham Kirkham, whom I last met on Sunday 9 June at the Oval cricket ground and at a dinner at Downing street. We discussed raising funds for good causes, in particular Mencap, in whose interests the cricket was played and the dinner given.
