Friend, the Secretary of State, announced in February is concerned with how to achieve simpler, more efficient and cost effective arrangements for decisions and appeals whilst preserving claimants' rights to properly based decisions and access to an independent appeals mechanism. It is too soon to say when the review will be completed.
