§ Mr. BoswellNeither the Ministry nor any of its agencies hold contracts with SHL. Between March 1994 and June 1996, the Ministry spent £4,494 with SHL Technical Solutions Ltd. for the provision of IT training courses. There are no contract end dates or potential penalty fees. Fees for early discharge of contractual arrangements are a matter for negotiation between the Ministry and its suppliers.
